SETTING THE TONE

With Gentle Music in the background, fresh flowers, and baby friendly essential oils, I set the tone for a relaxing and nurturing experience.

WOMB MASSAGE

I bring A Medicinal Astrigent for a gentle belly massage that is meant to help close the womb, bring your organs and muscles back in alignment to help you recover during postpartum. In addition, I will focus in giving a gentle massage to the round ligaments.

BELLY BINDING

I Complete the session with belly binding and include guidance with a video on how to self bind for the weeks to come. You will continue the ritual at home for the remaining of 40 days. All Clients will receive 3 Binders with 1 oz. Medicinal Astringent.
