Empowered Body & Birth is a private birth support practice rooted in the understanding that birth is both a physiological process and a deeply embodied life experience.
I have supported families as a birth doula since 2018, with a primary focus on home birth and birth center settings. My work blends evidence-based birth support, ancestral wisdom, and hands-on therapeutic care, including nutritional support and body mechanics guidance that support the body before, during, and after birth.
I work with families who value calm presence, preparation, and care that honors each family’s unique values and preferences. I intentionally accept a limited number of birth clients each year to ensure availability, continuity, and deeply present support.
